Playing Career
Roberts' professional baseball career began in 1995 when he was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers. He played as an outfielder for 10 seasons, representing the Dodgers, Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, and Boston Red Sox.

Managerial Career
